The Palm Court

In Montreal's most glamorous lobby, The Lounge, in collaboration with Dom Pérignon, offers a signature menu curated by Chef Johnny Porte, featuring a selection of international wines, signature cocktails, and Champagne by the glass or bottle. The afternoon tea experience is exquisite, with assorted creations developed by Claude Guérin, who was named Best Pastry Chef in Canada in 2017. The Palm Court provides gluten-free options, and vegetarian, vegan, and kosher options are also available.
